SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship everything in a timely fashion but once it leaves our workshop and is in the hands of the delivery company (usually USPS) there is nothing we can do to expedite the shipping process.  We can't be held responsible for lost packages, stolen packages or delayed packages.

You can arrange to pick up your items at our workshop but should make arrangements for that PRIOR to placing your order.  Selecting order pick up means that you agree to pick up your order.  We will not meet somewhere or meet halfway or take it with us when we go somewhere.   You pick it up at our workshop location or you can arrange to pick it up at a craft or vendor show (as long as it is arranged ahead of time). 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns.

All custom work will require a non refundable deposit before any work begins.

Please keep in mind that when working with hand crafted items, especially those made with natural materials (wood) there can be variations in the project from what is pictured (if we make three of something we only put up one picture).  This can mean that the item you receive may be a variant, please do not banish it from the timeline (only some of you will get that).   In reality please understand that wood grain, texture, density, etc. can all slightly change a projects final appearance.  We hope you are happy with your handcrafted item and if you are not please reach out.
